    We test in three phases.

Phase 1: Ordering and agent interaction. The order record identifies the agent and date, with response times for customer service, QC photo requests and consolidation. Historical PandaBuy records remain labelled as historical; a new-order comparison identifies the currently used provider. We note fees, payment methods, and communication quality.

Phase 2: Shipping and logistics. We choose a shipping line and track transit time, cost, and customs clearance. We record packaging condition on arrival.

Phase 3: Hands-on inspection. Our testing team unboxes the item and checks it against the listing photos. We measure dimensions, weigh the item, and assess materials, stitching, hardware, and functionality. For apparel and footwear, we conduct fit checks on at least two body types. For electronics, we run basic performance tests.

We score products on a five-point scale. Our hands-on scores use the full 1 to 5 scale.

    Records and comparison limits

Fit checks identify the two body types used and the item sizes. Agent timing, customs and product performance concern the recorded order and route, with sample limits explained rather than extended to every buyer.
