Frustrated by scattered forum posts and unreliable reviews, Marcus built a small desk dedicated to hands-on testing of shopping agents and the products they deliver. The first reviews covered agent fees and shipping lines. Within a year, we expanded to full product reviews, ordering apparel, footwear, accessories, and electronics through PandaBuy and other agents.
Today, our team of three editors works from a testing desk in Rotterdam. We buy every item at retail, log every step from order to unboxing, and publish our findings without hype. Our mission is simple: give readers clear, data-backed information about what it is like to use shopping agents and what you actually receive.
